The Brooklyn Bridge is shown with the Manhattan skyline behind it.  In the background, the tower to the right of the bridge is the Woolworth Building (1913), which until 1930 was the world’s tallest building, when it was superseded by the Manhattan Co. Building (now the Trump Building) at 40 Wall Street, the tall tower in the center of the etching.  To the right of the Manhattan Co. Building is the Cities Service Building at 70 Pine Street (now the American International Building), which was built in 1932.  The wide building with the stepped profile in the background to the left is 120 Wall Street, also built in 1930, and the tall tower behind it is probably the Irving Trust Co. Building (now the Bank of New York) at 1 Wall Street, built in 1932.
